What is Methylaminoformyl chloride?

Methylaminoformyl chloride
Molecular formula:C2H4NOCL
Molecular weight: 93.5
Purity(HPLC): ≥90%
Appearance:White crystal
Melting point:45℃
Formyl chloride is highly unstable and cannot be used as a reagent.
You can prepare formyl fluoride (there is a procedure from Olah by
heating a mix of potassium fluoride, potassium formate and benzoyl
chloride). Formyl fluoride is a poisonous gas that is probably much
worse than phosgene - not my reagent of choice
