Production method:
Lauric acid esterification with methanol
derived. The lauric acid, anhydrous methanol and concentrated sulfuric acid was
heated at reflux for 18h, the reaction was poured into water, separated
carbonate layer. Washed with water, saturated sodium bicarbonate solution and
water. After drying distillation, collecting 261-263 ℃
fractions, namely 12 acetate, yield 81%.
Storage:
Stored in cool and dry place. Kept in airproof condition.
